Orders
Can I track my order when it's shipped?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please also check your junk mail just in case 📫.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, enter your tracking reference number on the tracking website provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, visit our Shipping & Handling page for more information.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, get in touch through our contact page with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
What do I receive with my order?
Every order includes 10 personalised AI images featuring you and your chosen Australian firefighter, digital downloads of all 10 images, and one physical acrylic product featuring the image you choose.
Once your images are ready, we'll email you a link where you can download all 10 and select your favourite for printing.
Do I get all 10 photos, or just the one I choose for my print?
You get all 10. All 10 personalised images are yours to download and keep. You simply choose your favourite one to be printed on your acrylic product.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, our system begins creating your personalised images.
We'll generate 10 different images featuring you and your selected firefighter, then email you a link to view and download them.
From there, choose your favourite image for your physical print. Once you've confirmed your selection, we'll send your order into production.
Do I need to stay on the website while my photos are being created?
No. Once your order has been placed, you can leave the website. We'll email you as soon as your personalised images are ready.
How many photos should I upload?
Please upload between 4 and 6 clear photos of the person or pet you'd like included. For the best results, use a variety of clear, well-lit photos from different angles.
What kind of photos should I upload?
For the best results, use clear, high-quality photos with the face clearly visible. Include several different angles and, where possible, a mix of close-up and wider photos. Avoid sunglasses or anything covering the face.
Can I upload photos of someone else?
Yes, provided you have their permission to use their photos for this personalised AI product. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission to use them.
Will the AI images look exactly like me?
Our system is designed to create highly realistic personalised images based on the photos you upload. Results can vary slightly because each image is AI-generated, which is why we create 10 different images for every order and let you choose your favourite for printing.
Can I choose which photo gets printed?
Absolutely. After your 10 personalised images are ready, you'll receive a link to view them all and select the one you want printed.
Can I download my images?
Yes. All 10 personalised images are included as digital downloads with your purchase.
Can I share my digital images on social media?
Yes! Your digital images are yours to enjoy and share on your personal social media accounts.

Customs fees, import duties and taxes (such as VAT) may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Prints
What are the prints made of?
Our firefighter prints are made from high-grade clear acrylic plexiglass, chosen for its durability, clarity and premium finish.
How do I order?
Creating your personalised firefighter print is easy.
Choose your favourite firefighter, select who you're uploading, choose your print size and stand option, then upload your photos and complete checkout.
After purchase, we'll use your uploaded photos to create 10 personalised AI images featuring you and your chosen firefighter in a variety of scenes.
You'll receive all 10 images as digital downloads, and then select your favourite image to be printed on the acrylic product you ordered.
Can I hang my print outside?
Yes. Our acrylic prints are produced using UV printing and can be displayed indoors or outdoors. If displayed outside for long periods, especially in areas with strong direct sunlight and high UV exposure, some fading may occur over time, as it can with most printed products.
Are the prints waterproof?
The front acrylic surface is water-resistant and easy to clean. You can gently wipe the front with a soft cloth and a suitable acrylic-safe cleaner to remove fingerprints and smudges.
The artwork is printed on the back of the acrylic, so avoid soaking or repeatedly applying liquids to the printed side, as this may damage the print over time.
What sizes do the prints come in?
We offer several product sizes and formats, including Magnet, A5, A4 and Acrylic Block, with available options shown on the Create Your Own page.

What payment options are available?

Are there any discount codes or coupons available?
